4:00 - 5:00 pm - Team Training (At Walk-off Batting Cages)
5:00 - 6:00 pm - Open for Team Training (At Walk-off Batting Cages)
Wednesday
5:15 - 6:15 pm - Speed/Agility
6:30 - 7:30 pm - Strength
8:00 - 9:00 pm - Speed/Agility
Thursday

Class Description
Contenders Strength or speed & agility Class
The class covers basic mobility drills, coordination drills, speed, agility, light plyos, fundamental strength exercises and recovery drills. This is the best class for athletes that are new to strength training. Age of athletes for the class is typically 13 -17 years of age.
Elite Group Strength Training Class
Each athlete will have an individualized workout targeting specific areas of improvement as well as exercises that work on power development, strength, hypertrophy (if needed), coordination and could end with group metabolic conditioning and competition to create a competitive atmosphere. Typically set up for advanced athletes with strength training history and a mastery of basic movements and exercises. Age of athletes run from about 16 years and up. This class is more designed for varsity high school, collegiate and pro athletes.
Team Strength & conditioning training
Our Sports Performance Coaches will work with the head coach to specifically target team weaknesses by using various strength, core, speed, agility, and team building strategies to help improve the teams ability to perform in their sport. (Please Contact Coach Leo for more info)
